Her journey has been anything but ordinary. Shaped by both challenges and triumphs, Sheryl found strength in her own process of healing and empowerment. Her personal story is what makes TRUCE deeply authentic. Having faced moments of trauma and transformation, Sheryl understands that wellness is not a luxury it’s a necessity. Through directing plays, curating wellness retreats, and mentoring women, she has created safe spaces for truth-telling and renewal. With the same intensity she grounds her work in authenticity and compassion.

Sheryl’s career spans leadership in procurement, contract management, and organizational excellence. With a Master’s in Public Administration and years of experience leading diverse teams and managed complex projects.  Sheryl brings discipline, strategy, and vision to every project. Her ability to translate big-picture vision into actionable results sets her apart as both a leader and creator.
